Blue Water Spa, a medical spa in Raleigh North Carolina is starting its Eight annual Don’t Drink and Drive on New Year’s Eve campaign. Since 2012, more than 25,000 people have made a public, online pledge not to drink and drive on New Year’s Eve. Kile Law, Founder of Blue Water Spa says, “My husband tragically lost his grandfather to a drunk driver when he was just an infant. Our annual campaign started to honor his memory.
