- Pepper Complex is a great way to enjoy the flavor, aroma and tingling sensation we all love about spicy foods without the fire that usually comes with it. This is the mildest of the pepper blends created with the same mix of fresh ingredients in the orginal along with fresh pepper skins, not the fire of the seeds or pith! Try it in your favorite recipes for an almost-subtle, exciting dimension to the flavor profile. Your Mac and Cheese will never be the same!
- XX Pepper Complex is the medium heat pepper blend made with just the right amount of Habenero, Chili and Jalapeno added to the original recipe of fresh herbs and garlic blended into our fresh pepper salt base. Made spicier by demad, but still friendly for the flavor conscious with a bit more of kick!
- Tenebroso from the Italian, meaning Dark and Mysterious, a bright spice framed in smoked and black peppers to add dimension and depth to any flavor palette. This blend really packs it in, specially processed Carolina Reapers with the long lingering heat removed give you a quick heat that fades quickly into a smoky, lingering blend of exotic black peppers.
