Carroll’s Kitchen is a nonprofit social enterprise restaurant dedicated to ending homelessness for women in Raleigh, NC by empowering them through job training, life skills, and evenhousing. Women enter the program through a referral partner, spend a year with Carroll’s Kitchen, and graduate ready to live like all things are possible! Carroll’s Kitchen envisions these women joining the workforce, sticking around with them to train up the next group of women, or even opening their own businesses. Carroll’s Kitchen wants to build up the whole person—mind, body, spirit—and provide a complete support system that addresses needs like housing and a job, but also instills hope and confidence.
