Class Description: Add some BAMM into your cooking with Brovelli Olive oils and Balsamic Vinegars. Infused flavor Italian extra virgin olive oils & Balsamic Vinegars from Modena will do it! The Brovelli staff will provide information on integrating into cooking, and how to use in recipes. Additionally, participants will learn how to use incorporate our Oils & Balsamic in Marinating & Dipping.
*Class Bonus: Included with the class price is a 100ml Oil or Balsamic (a $8.50 value)
What to Expect: Cooking is about more than recipes—it’s about experimenting with Flavors. In our classes you’ll work together with others in a fun, hands-on led by our professionally trained instructors.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise scheduled
- You will work with other participants minimally, 2
- Hands-on classes are limited to 8 unless privately scheduled
- You will be Prepping, cooking and working together in class
- You will enjoy a Taste of all foods prepared
- Participants will receive 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
Cancellation Policy: If a participant is unable to make a registered course, they are able to sign up for another course as a substitute. However, we do not offer refunds at this time.
