Shop Local Raleigh and Pedaler Wine & Beer are teaming up on the 4th Tuesday of each month to spotlight a different Shop Local Raleigh non-profit member as well as local vendors. #GivingTuesday is the perfect opportunity to meet local business owners, learn about organizations in our community and shop local. Enjoy free tastings and drink specials while shopping and mingling. Pedaler Wine & Beer will donate $1 for every draft beer sold directly to the non-profit of the month. So come have a pint and #ShowSomeLocalLove!
The first event, Tuesday July 24, includes a FREE RUM TASTING from Lassiter Distilling Company and will spotlight Learning Together, a 5-star inclusive Developmental Day Program that serves children ages 18 months to 5 years from all backgrounds, socio-economic levels and abilities, including kids with developmental disabilities as well as typically developing children. LavenderPop will debut its work of whimsical and colorful ink illustrations and acrylic paintings; and Fundo Press, a small local publishing company, will be on site with their books that get kids excited about learning.
