Guardians of the Galaxy (PG-13) will begin at sunset, approximately 8:12 p.m. Come early to enjoy pre-screening activities for all ages. Get creative with arts and crafts, where kids can turn recycled cassette tapes into their very own bedazzled Awesome Mix Vol. 1 and dive into a Galaxy Slime station! Then slice beats in MetaQuest VR’s Beat Saber to your own mix of classic rock, all while grooving to hand-spun vinyl from Hunky Dory’s Alayna McNally! Prescreening activities are from 6pm-7:30pm. L’Arche North Carolina and 321 Coffee are wrapping up the season with one final Summer Movie Night! They’ll be showing A Minecraft Movie in the courtyard at 615 Hillsborough Street. This month’s theme is Minecraft-inspired — think blocky gear, pixel patterns, and your best builder outfits! And don’t forget to bring a chair or blanket to get cozy for the movie!
