You survived the eclipse, now it’s time to have some local fun in the sun this weekend. From the Pimento Cheese Festival to Spring markets, there’s a lot to do around Raleigh.

Movie Night at Downtown Cary Park 4/12
In celebration of the upcoming Pimento Cheese Festival, join Downtown Cary Park for a family-friendly screening of Ratatouille. Food trucks will also be on site. Beginning at 5 pm, there will be pre-screening activities for all ages. This event is free and open to the public. Bring your own chairs and blankets for a comfortable viewing experience during the movie. More info.

NC Courage vs. Portland Thorns 4/13
Join the NC Courage for Art in the Park. Limited-edition Art in the Park stickers will be available for select fans at the match! Come celebrate local artists and cheer on your NC Courage on April 13 at WakeMed Soccer Park. 7pm. Tickets

Pimento Cheese Festival at Downtown Cary Park 4/13
The 2024 Pimento Cheese Festival is on Saturday, April 13 from 11am-4pm in and around Downtown Cary Park! This year’s festival is set to be the best yet with more activities and a larger event footprint. Visitors can enjoy food from more than 50 vendors, live music, trivia at The Bark Bar, games, the annual pimento cheese sculpting contest and more. The Pack is coming to Hartwell! Join them for an afternoon with 10 student entrepreneurs from the Student Made Store. The Student Made Store is an online store and community made up of student artists and makers at NCSU. Sunday Yoga at Trophy Maywood 4/14
Meet inside the brewery or – if it’s warm and sunny – out back on the lawn for a 60-minute yoga flow! This class is great for all experience levels – beginners welcome! Bring your mat and any props you like to use.
